Cancellation + No Show Policy
We understand things come up when it comes to travel and plans, but last minute cancellations and changes drastically affect many aspects of our business and livelihood. Thank you so much for your respect, integrity and understanding!
Daycare
We require a full 24 hours notice to cancel any daycare days. If canceled under 24 hours, you will be invoiced for the full day.
Boarding
For all non-holiday boarding stays we require 48 hours notice for any cancellation. If canceled within 48 hours you will be invoiced 50% of the total stay.
Holiday Boarding
For all federal holidays, ski week, and spring break we require one week’s notice for any cancellation. If canceled within 1 week you will be invoiced in full.
Thanksgiving / December / Christmas / New Years
Due to the HIGH demand for this time period we have strict 1 month cancellation policy. If canceled within 1 month, you will be invoiced for 50% of the total stay. If canceled within 1 week you will be invoiced in full. (A 50% deposit will be collected at the time of booking.)
Please note: During the holidays, if your trip is delayed or shortened and it is within the 1 month time frame we cannot accommodate any changes.
