Ana Eppes
Owner & Founder
As the Owner and Founder of The Dog House, Ana Eppes brings a lifetime of passion and commitment to the care and training of animals. Her journey began in early childhood on a ranch in the Bay Area, where she developed a deep love for animals while caring for horses and livestock. As a young girl Ana participated in organizations such as FFA and the Cow Palace Cowgirl Drill Team.
Her devotion to animals led her to pursue formal education, culminating in her graduation from the Foothill College Veterinary Technician Program.
After several years working as a Veterinary Technician in an emergency animal hospital, Ana's path took an unexpected turn when she adopted a reactive pitbull. This experience ignited her passion for dog training, prompting her to immerse herself in learning and honing her skills with some of the most reputable dog training companies in the Bay Area.
In 2017, Ana founded The Dog House with the vision of providing a unique offering in the dog care industry. With vast outdoor areas and a cozy, intimate boarding setup, Ana aimed to create a haven where every dog could feel truly at home.
Ana is an active member of the International Association of Canine Professionals and the Association of Professional Dog Trainers. Her unwavering dedication to the well-being of animals and her commitment to excellence make her a trusted leader in the Bay Area's dog care community.
Nicole Martin
Co-Owner & Business Manager
Meet Nicole, a driving force behind our program's success. With a background in Silicon Valley startups and business operations, Nicole brings a wealth of expertise to her role, ensuring that every aspect of our operation runs seamlessly.
Nicole's passion for animals and commitment to excellence are evident in everything she does. She believes wholeheartedly in the power of community and hard work, recognizing that it takes a village to create something truly exceptional. Nicole fosters a sense of belonging and camaraderie among our team, creating an environment where everyone is empowered to thrive.
One of Nicole's greatest joys is the outdoor nature of our program. She appreciates the unique approach we bring to the dog care space, providing an enriching experience that goes beyond the traditional. She is proud to offer something different – a blend of innovation, passion, and dedication to the well-being of every furry friend entrusted to our care.
Above all, Nicole understands that trusting us with your dog is like entrusting us with family. Lizbeth
Manager
Meet Lizbeth, a driving force behind the scenes here at The Dog House. With exceptional dedication and leadership, Lizbeth embodies the essence of hard work and passion in everything she does.
Lizbeth's passion for dogs and dog training knows no bounds. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role, ensuring that every pup in our care receives the highest standards of attention and love. Her innate ability to connect with animals, coupled with her relentless work ethic, sets her apart as a true leader.
Outside of work, Lizbeth finds joy in working with her own dogs, immersing herself in dog training culture, and enjoys tranquil moments in the great outdoors.

Tim
Lead Van Driver + Senior Kennel Attendant
Tim has been with The Dog House for 4 years and is a dedicated team member with a passion for not just dogs but all living beings! Originally from Fresno, Tim made the move to the coast seeking new opportunities and a change of scenery. With a background in technology and animal care, he brings a unique perspective to his role as lead van driver and senior kennel attendant.
Tim's love for all living things extends from plants and insects to, of course, dogs. His compassionate nature and kindness make him an invaluable asset in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our amazing furry friends. Whether it's providing safe transportation or ensuring each animal is having the best day at daycare, Tim approaches his responsibilities with enthusiasm and care.
Outside of work, Tim can be found hanging with his cat, Yuno, immersed in the world of VR, tinkering with new tech gadgets, or listening to live music. His diverse interests and dedication make him a standout member of our team, committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our animals and we are lucky to have him!
Sean
Kennel Attendant
We're thrilled to introduce one of the newest additions to our team, Sean. With a deep-seated passion for animals and a thirst for knowledge in animal care, Sean brings a fresh perspective and boundless enthusiasm to our team.
Having grown up amidst the coastal beauty of Montara, Sean's love for animals was fostered from an early age. His journey has taken him far and wide, from the vibrant culture of Mexico to the rugged landscapes of Colorado. However, his heart has always remained rooted in the Bay Area, where he has returned with a renewed focus on his lifelong passion for working with animals.
Outside of work, Sean can often be found playing basketball and assistant coaching for a coastline AAU team. He also enjoys surfing all along the beautiful California coast, and going on long beach walks with his dog Reno. Sean’s adventurous spirit and commitment to animals make him a valuable asset to our team, and we're thrilled to have him on board as we continue to provide exceptional care for our beloved animal companions.
