FAQ'S
Our business hours are 8am-4pm Monday-Friday, however we care for our boarding dogs 7 days a week 24 hours a day.
We require Rabies, Bordetella and DHPP vaccinations for all dogs
Boarding pick up and drop off hours are 8am-3:30pm 7 days a week. Please schedule your pick up and drop off window ahead of time so we can have staff ready for hand off.
Daycare drop off is between 8-9am and pick up is between 2:30-3:30pm. We ask that you pick a consistent pick up and drop off time for your days.
Items to pack:
Food + feeding instructions (please include 1 extra day of food in case of emergency)
Supplements and/or medications, clearly labeled
Please send dog with a flat collar and identification tags
Optional items: Long lasting treats, 1-2 toys, blanket or bed
Please no crates, we will provide all crates for sleeping
The Dog House invoices using Quickbooks online. You will receive your bill via email and payment can be made online using a credit card, ACH or Apple Pay.
Daycare is invoiced on the 25th of each month for payment on the 1st and boarding is invoiced on the day of pick up for immediate payment.
Yes! We are proud to employ professionals with veterinary experience who are qualified and experienced in oral and injectable medications.
Not every dog gets along with all dogs - we completely understand! For dogs who prefer to play and relax on their own, we provide solo dog walks, supervised outdoor 1:1 off leash play sessions in one of our 4 fenced in play yards and 1:1 staff attention and time while staying on site with us!
